1. Sticky:Dev blog: Politics by Other Means: Sovereignty Phase Two - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
Another major complaint people have about sov that has not been touched is the difficulty of getting involved. The biggest factor to that is that null is still logistically dependent on highsec due to the large volumes of products to export (moon ...

2. Sticky:Dev blog: Politics by Other Means: Sovereignty Phase Two - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
I like the proposal of a control point style gamplay in place of structure grinding. This is one of the more interesting game types in other games as it creates an objective rather than just mindless carnage. There are still a few problems though:...

3. Announcement:Dev Blog: Long-Distance Travel Changes Inbound - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
My group operates in npc null. As a small noobish group, we find that jump freighters are too costly to be practical and even if we used rorquals, cynos attract too much attention upon entering lowsec. We've been relying on blops freight (Blops BS...

While you are at it, can you guys make the sig id a part of the default name when saving a scanned sig to a bookmark? Would save some time and make a minor quality of life improvement.

7. Hyperion Design Goals - in Wormholes [original thread]
I really have to question many of the design goals of the Hyperion update for wormholes. Numerous changes seem to be geared towards pushing wspace into a direction that is counter to what makes it appealing to players and a healthy part of eve. Co...

8. Sticky:Reserved #4 - in Wormholes [original thread]
Not to be derogatory, but for anyone involved in wormhole pvp, jumping back through a hole is understood to not make you invulnerable. A small gang of even remotely competent pvpers will place cloaked dictors/hictors on either side and just follow...

9. Sticky:Reserved #1 - in Wormholes [original thread]
So first, there already are fast missile boats. Then CCP creates the Mordu's legion ships, and now an entire effect is being tweaked to further this approach. I'm not sure I understand the obsession. Missiles as a weapon system do not do as much d...

10. Sticky:Reserved #3 - in Wormholes [original thread]
I have to agree with myjitaalts. Blobbing is ruining eve, just look at the popularity of CSM candidates waving the "solo/small gang" banner. More combat in disposable ships sounds like a nice idea, but an uncloseable hole is just going to create a...

I second Ohhhh Feely Nice's post. Also, I'd like to point out a general imbalance across the classes. The problem that this balance update is meant to address doesn't really seem to be handling the causes. I predict it will be mostly ineffective. ...
